AWT was founded in 1996 and has since become a leading independent provider of innovative field development and refurbishment solutions to the global upstream oil and gas industry. AWT's head office is in Perth, Australia, with a regional office in the UK, Malaysia, India and New Zealand. The company's ability to unlock enhanced commercial yield of petroleum assets' for their clients results directly from a combination of highly competent and innovative people matched with application of enabling technologies. AWT have integrated all the required disciplines around reservoir engineering, well construction, sandface completion and well operations and in 2006 employed around 80 specialists. This integrated approach provides for a complete, life-of-asset flow assurance from the reservoir to the storage tank. Genesis was founded in 1988 and has since developed into the world's largest front end engineering and process engineering house with a leading edge capability in field development and field enhancement planning, process and pipeline design and cost engineering systems for onshore and offshore oil and gas field developments. Genesis's head office is in London, UK, with offices in Aberdeen, Paris and Perth. The company employs in excess of 400 engineers, covering all necessary skills disciplines for analysis and design of offshore and onshore oil & gas surface production facilities. The company's clients comprise major IOCs, NOCs as well as Independents.
