Manager Consultancy Services

Optima is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic “Manager Consultancy Services” willing to relocate in Kuwait.

Duties:

Build and manage Optima’s business.
Run the business as a profitable centre.
Develop, maintain and implement strategies to achieve business growth.
Build relationships and liaison with clients.
Liaison with JV partners (RISC, AWT and Genesis).
Prepare technical proposals.
Project management and conducting consultancy assignments (write technical reports).

Qualifications / Experience:

At least BSc in engineering, science or Geoscience.
Proven track record of Business Development, Management and Leadership skills.
At least 15 years practical experience with an E & P / Consultancy company in any of the following areas: geophysics, petroleum geology, petrophysics or reservoir engineering.
Strong marketing and client management skills.
Proven track record of writing technical reports.

Senior/Principal Reservoir Engineer

Optima is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic “Senior/Principal Reservoir Engineer” willing to relocate in Kuwait.

Duties:

Qualifications / Experience:

Degree in Engineering.
At least 15 years experience in reservoir engineering with a consultancy company or an E & P operator.
In-depth understanding of exploration and/or field development and appraisal techniques.
International experience in data room visits
Experience in well test, material balance, decline curve analysis as well as reservoir modelling and simulation.
Report writing skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience with relevant industry software and analytical / classical modelling.
Team work.
