Kuwait Operations

Optima has been established in Kuwait with a Kuwaiti management team which is supported by a locally based senior industry professional in order to be available to readily identify, discuss and develop solutions which meet client requirements and to manage assignments.

Optima will initially provide professional support from Perth, Australia and, from time to time, locate further professional staff as may be required into Kuwait in order to augment our local services.

As demand builds for Optima's services, we will progressively build a local team comprising Kuwaiti and expatriate professionals. Our ultimate objective is to establish a self-reliant team of professionals based in Kuwait which are capable of meeting the majority of the engineering, economics and management requirements, albeit still with the opportunity to access the expertise of the principals in Perth, Australia, and London, UK.
